However, the CrossFit mantra of "forging elite fitness" can cause problems. Constantly pushing yourself past your workout limits can cause less focus on technique and leave you open to injury and exhaustion.
Although there are many arguments for both sides of the issue, the important technique to master is understanding your limits, and finding an exercise routine that works for your body.
