Outdoor exercise is free, open 24/7 and doesn't require much preparation as the unit is already installed in your local park or pocket park and ready to use. High-intensity interval training, Tabata training, and bodyweight exercises are also workouts your can do while using our outdoor exercise equipment.

2. Cater to Your Own Likes and Dislikes

We each need to be realistic and to know ourselves and what category of exercise we like and dislike. One person’s running is another person’s yoga, weight training, or swimming. Make it easier on yourself by choosing a form of exercise that fits your lifestyle, personality, and taste. Not sure what you love to do? Schedule a cardio workout with our Everest Cardio Climber, get in a plyo workout on our plyo platform station located on our Apollo and Helios Multigym or work in a pull day using our Versa Hi-Lo Pulley Station.
