How to Use the APOLLO Calf Raise Station

The APOLLO outdoor fitness calf raise station strengthens your calves.

For best results: 3 sets, 10 reps

Step up onto the calf raise platform and turn sideways with your hands gripping one of the abdominal knee raise arm pads.

Place the balls of both feet on the calf raise tread plate so that your heels are free to drop downward.

While keeping your legs straight, lower both heels as far as they will comfortably go.

From this start position rise up on the balls of your feet as far as possible by contracting your calf muscles.

Pause for a second and then lower yourself to the start position and then repeat the exercise movement.

For best results, complete as many repetitions as you can while maintaining proper exercise form.
