How to Use the APOLLO Leg Cardio Squat Station

The APOLLO outdoor fitness leg cardio squat station exercises the thighs and cardio respiratory system.

For best results: 3 sets, 10 reps

Grip one of the handles on the lower part of the back slider with one hand and then press into the top center part of the back slider with your other hand. This releases the mechanical safety brake and allows you to move the back slider to the top of the track.

Release your top hand first and then take your other hand off the handle. Now you’re ready to enter the start position for the exercise.

Place your back against the back slider with your feet shoulder width apart. Make sure both hands are gripping the handles before you put any backward pressure on the top end of the back slider. Your heels should be approximately 18” away from the center column.

From this start position press your upper back into the top of the back slider. This releases the safety brake.

Lower yourself slowly until your thighs are parallel to the ground, pause for a second and then contract your thigh muscles and push back up to your original start position and then repeat the exercise movement.

For best results, complete as many repetitions as you can while maintaining proper exercise form.
