How to Use the HELIOS Abdominal Vertical Knee Raise Station
Step up onto the calf raise platform and place your back against the back plate with your forearms bracing yourself on the cushioned arm pads.
Once you’re securely in place take your feet off of the calf raise platform and let them hang down.
From this start position while keeping your feet shoulder width apart lift your knees up as high as possible by contracting your abdominal muscles to lift them.
Pause for a second and then lower your feet to the start position and then repeat the exercise movement.
For best results, complete as many repetitions as you can while maintaining proper exercise form.
