How to Use the HELIOS Chin Up Station with assist mechanism

The HELIOS outdoor fitness chin up station exercises the biceps and upper back.

For best results: 3 sets, 10 reps

Adjust the hydraulic lever to the appropriate resistance for you.

Once the lever is adjusted, step on and hold onto the upper handles.

Pull yourself up as far as possible, making sure to keep your abs engaged and your shoulders pressed down and back.

Slowly release down until your arms are almost straight.

For best results complete as many repetitions as you can while maintaining proper exercise form.
