Rest and Relaxation...and Exercise

 Vacation is on most people's minds at some point over the summer months, and everyone is looking for a little rest & relaxation. But it turns out that exercise is as important as rest in helping you relax.

That doesn't necessarily mean going to the gym for a 3 hour workout. Moderate exercise like walking or jogging will make a difference. The positive effects of regualr exercise can decrease your mental stress, improve your confidence and provide a unique boost in your feeling of calm and relaxation. So this summer, make sure to include a little exercise in your rest & relaxation!
