Halifax – Saunders Parks

Saunders Park is an urban park located on Chebucto road, in the West End of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Named after aviation pioneer Donald W. Saunders, the park was built on the site of Halifax’s first aerodrome.

Outdoor exercise equipment was installed to give residents of the area a convenient place to enjoy an outdoor workout, be it on a hot summer day, or during the cold Nova Scotia winter.
