Western Virginia Regional Jail
The Western Virginia Regional Jail was built to alleviate the overcrowded and potentioal unsafe conditions in the local jails. WVRJ serves the counties of Franklin, Montgomery, Roanoke and the city of Salem. Their mission is to maintain the custody, control and care of persons confined in the jail in a safe, secure and constitutional manner.
