Its stations include a Swedish ladder, two multi-grip bars (pull-up and push-up), a sit-up bench, 72” high and 36” high straight pull-up bars, ADA height pull-up bar, parallel bars, thigh squat with support handle, back extension bench, vertical knee raise with calf raise, overhead ladder, plyo box, and stretching post.
