KEY POINTS FOR THE INNER THIGH STRETCH
- Stand with the ladder bar a leg's length away and to your side.
- Place your foot on the bar closest to knee height, keeping your knee straight with the toes gently pointed up.
- Hold the position or tilt your trunk towards the raised leg, while keeping your back straight.
