A Message to Our Valued Customers & Partners
We are living in unprecedented times due to the novel coronavirus outbreak. First and foremost we hope you and your family are staying safe during these trying times.
At Outdoor-Fit, we are following public health officials directives to ensure the safety of our employees, families, suppliers and customers. Here is what we are doing to ensure we can be responsive to customers needs as we navigate this challenging time together.
1. We are practicing social distancing as recommended by health officials. All office staff are working remotely from home. Our office phones are being forwarded to our cell phones to ensure we can continue to handle any inbound inquiries.
2. Our manufacturing facility continues to operate as directed by our local health authority. As of March 31, 2020 our manufacturing capabilities have yet to be affected. Only essential staff are allowed in the facility, and no visitors are permitted. Employees are practicing social distancing while working. With this said, our facility will not be operating with its normal efficiency. Lead times may be slightly longer than normal due to this. We will be notifying all customers with orders placed, and with future orders on estimated lead times.
3. We have ensured ample inventory in our warehouse of parts that can be inventoried to prepare for any supply chain interruptions
We will continue to monitor this evolving situation and continue to take guidance from local and federal health authorities. If anything changes, we will provide an update at that time.
