Addison Reserve x Outdoor-Fit

In 2021, at the peak of Covid, AR turned to Outdoor-Fit to help them design an outdoor gym that matched the Club's commitment to health and wellness. The Apollo and Helios multigyms that AR chose deliver dozens of bodyweight and resistance exercises that residents of all fitness levels and ages can use to receive a challenging functional full-body workout. A workout isn't complete without a cardio element, and the two Everest Cardio Climbers adjacent to the multigyms allow AR residents to elevate their heart rate while enjoying a serene view of the pond.

 

Project Goals

  • Create an outdoor gym that is an extension of the equipment in AR's indoor fitness center.
  • Customize the outdoor exercise equipment with specific logos and colors to reflect the property's cohesive look and feel.
  • Address a particular segment of the community who enjoy activities and exercise outdoors rather than indoors.
  • Provide residents with real outdoor exercise equipment they can use year-round to receive real exercise results.

Our members have been using the equipment quite regularly. We have several runners in our community that are stopping in the park and adding some circuit training on the equipment. Overall we are very pleased with the addition.
